Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree and professional license in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Geological Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 3 years of verifiable mining experience. \- Experience as a supervisor in concentrator plants. Responsibilities: \- Prepares and submits deliverables to the client according to the Terms of Reference (TDR). \- Prepares daily reports. \- Participates in developing Written Safe Work Procedures (PETS) and the IPERC matrix. \- Complies with organizational safety standards and procedures. \- Actively participates in safety-related activities (training, campaigns, drills, KPIs, etc.). \- Adheres to safety procedures, PETS, safety standards, and completes the required work permits for assigned tasks; likewise ensures environmental management compliance. \- Properly segregates solid waste.
