Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical-grade candies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote teamwork and effective communication We are a company dedicated to manufacturing pharmaceutical-grade candies that deliver wellness through innovation. **Benefits:** * Full statutory benefits at 100% * 50% food allowance * Career development path **Responsibilities:** * Prepare documentation required by regulatory authorities and stipulated in our Quality Management System. * Enforce operational procedures as well as hygiene and safety protocols in the production plant. * Ensure accurate completion and authorized signature of production records by designated personnel. * Ensure and inspect that products meet established quality specifications in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. * Conduct in-process inspections in production areas (Manufacturing, Cooling and Sorting, Packaging and Conditioning), per established in-process control procedures. * Monitor temperature and humidity records. **Required Profile for this Role:** * Pharmaceutical Chemist / Industrial Engineer * Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Residency in Lurín or adjacent districts. **Desired (or Developable) Competencies:** * Ability to analyze incidents and apply problem-solving methodologies * Teamwork * Communication across all staff levels. ***We look forward to welcoming you!*** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,400.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in this position?
