Job Summary: Peruvian Nature is seeking a Specialized Production Operator – Atomizer Operator to perform disassembly, cleaning, disinfection, reassembly, and operation of equipment at a superfoods plant. Operation of equipment such as Reactor, Centrifuge, Evaporator, and Atomizer **Peruvian Nature**, a company dedicated to the production and agro-export of superfoods, is seeking a **Specialized Production Operator \- Atomizer Operator**. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete studies in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in production plants, preferably food plants. * Knowledge of production processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Performing disassembly, cleaning, disinfection, and proper reassembly of equipment. * Correct handling of Production Forms and Records. * Operating equipment according to area requirements (Reactor, Centrifuge, Evaporator, Vacuum Pump, Cooling Tower, Boiler, Heating Tank, TM5/TM12 Atomizer, Sealer, Brix/pH measurement devices, solids content analyzers). * Product packaging, weighing, sealing, and labeling. * Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the assigned work area. * Compliance with HACCP standards. **Conditions:** * Work location: Lurín. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM (Shift 1\) and 8 PM to 5 AM (Shift 2\), rotating. * Salary based on performance: S/1500 \- S/1700\. * Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits. * Paid time off for birthdays. * Access to entertainment, cinema, restaurant, and other discounts.
