Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators / Raw Material Operators to perform loading, cleaning, and unloading tasks for products while maintaining the work area. Key Highlights: 1. Load raw materials and products. 2. Maintain cleanliness of the work area. 3. Teamwork and attention to production processes. At Resins and Coatings, we are currently looking for PRODUCTION OPERATORS / RAW MATERIAL OPERATORS to join our team at the Ventanilla Plant. **Responsibilities:** \- Inspect raw materials and the status of machines and tools before initiating the process. \- Load raw materials into tanks and/or reactors according to Production Orders and Planning. \- Load materials into premix tanks. \- Clean tanks and/or reactors. \- Discharge and filter manufactured products in various presentations. \- Place finished products on pallets, package them, and transport them to the warehouse. \- Maintain cleanliness of the work area. \- Report required information to keep performance indicators up to date. \- Notify any stoppages, failures, or other issues affecting the production process. **Requirements:** \- Completed secondary education. \- Minimum one year of experience in related positions. \- Experience in physically demanding and production-related tasks. \- Availability to work rotating shifts. \- Residence near Ventanilla (Mi Perú, Pachacútec, Punta Piedra, Ancón). **Benefits:** \- Transportation assistance to the plant (Ventanilla). \- Full payroll registration from the first day of employment (General Regime). \- Life Insurance / SCTR (Compulsory Occupational Risk Insurance). \- Ongoing training.
