Job Summary:
We are seeking a Production Supervisor for our polymer plant to ensure compliance with the production plan, manage resources, and lead continuous improvement.

3. Coordinates with various departments to optimize processes
At Resinas \& Acabados S.A.C., we are looking for top talent to fill the position of Production Supervisor for our emulsion polymer and derivatives plant.
Responsibilities:
Verify and ensure compliance with the production plan in coordination with plant supervisors and operators.
Ensure availability of resources (raw materials, packaging, equipment, personnel, consumables, etc.) required to meet the production plan.
Monitor daily production progress, report deviations (stoppages, rework, delays), and propose corrective actions.
Actively participate in root cause analysis of deviations together with the Process Department.
Coordinate scheduled and emergency maintenance activities with the Maintenance Department, promptly communicating their impact on the production plan.
Work closely with the Planning Department to close gaps between the plan and actual execution.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on volumes produced, consumption, efficiency, downtime, rework, and other management indicators.
Provide feedback on actual vs. theoretical cycle times, identifying opportunities for improvement in scheduling and performance.
Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in the plant.
Support digitalization and automation projects for production reporting.
Comply with and enforce safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
Other duties related to the position or assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Production or related areas.
Advanced Excel / Power BI proficiency.
Knowledge of Operations Management.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Preferred: Prior experience in chemical manufacturing plants or continuous processes (not mandatory).
Willingness to work onsite in Ventanilla.
