Currently, we are recruiting **10 Production Operators** to join a renowned industrial plant in the hydrocarbons sector located in Lurín, with over 25 years of presence in the Peruvian market. **Required Profile:** * Male candidates with completed secondary education **(mandatory).** * Minimum 3 months of experience in production across any industry **(desirable).** * Availability to work rotating shifts **(morning and night).** * Residency in Lurín or nearby districts **(no transportation service provided).** * Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to work on-site. **4X3 WORK SCHEDULE: 4 days working \- 3 days off per week.** **Rotating 12-hour shifts:** 07:00 a.m. – 07:00 p.m. 07:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m. Rotation may vary every 1 or 2 weeks, depending on scheduling. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform operational activities inherent to the production process. * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental procedures. * Handle materials, tools, and equipment as instructed by the department. * Report any incidents or deviations to the shift supervisor. * Support cleaning, basic maintenance, and organization of the assigned work area. * Monitor inputs, products, and waste according to established protocols. **Benefits:** * Starting salary: S/ 1,500\.00 * Full payroll registration from the first day of employment. * 100% meal coverage during working shifts. * Night shift bonus. * Overtime pay. * Biweekly and monthly payments. * All statutory benefits: EsSalud, SCTR, Life Insurance Law, Bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Off), Vacation. * Family allowance (as applicable). * Job stability and real career path opportunities. **Details of In-Person Selection Process:** * Location: Parcela C\-27, Ex Fundo Las Salinas – Lurín, behind Herco Gas Station along the Southern Pan-American Highway.
