Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to perform quality controls, monitor processes, and supervise hygienic-sanitary conditions in the food industry. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in quality control of raw materials and food products. 2. Monitoring of Critical Control Points (CCPs) and quality support. 3. Hygienic-sanitary supervision and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). **Agro-industrial company requires a QUALITY ASSISTANT** with experience in the food industry. **with the following profile**: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform quality controls on raw materials, inputs, in-process products, and finished products. * Monitor process controls and Critical Control Points (CCPs). * Supervise plant hygienic\-sanitary conditions and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). * Verify compliance with finished product specifications (labeling, temperature, batch number, etc.). * Digitize and maintain up-to-date process control records to ensure traceability. * Provide support for other Quality Department activities assigned by management. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree or Technical diploma in Food Industry, Chemistry (or related fields). * Availability to work in Pachacamac (Manchay) \- * OBSERVATIONS: (Preferably reside in ATE, VILLA MARIA DEL TRIUNFO, VILLA EL SALVADOR, LURIN, PACHACAMAC, or LA MOLINA districts) * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. * Effective communication skills. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Power BI (desirable).
