Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Supervisor with experience in food safety regulations to ensure the quality of our dairy products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with GMP and quality management systems 2. Documentary management of quality records 3. Verification of order, cleanliness, and conformity of raw materials We are DELICE, a Peruvian company with over 34 years of experience in the dairy derivatives market. During this period, we have established ourselves across various national distribution channels as the country's first cream cheese producer. Currently, we offer a broad portfolio of products to meet our customers' needs while adhering to quality standards. We are currently seeking a "**QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR**" for our Chorrillos office: **Requirements:** \- Degree in Food Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields \- Training in HACCP and GMP systems \- Minimum 6 months of experience in the food or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry \- Required skills: Teamwork, integrity, commitment, responsibility, and initiative \- Availability to work in Chorrillos \- Availability to work rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Saturday **Responsibilities:** \- Implement and enforce GMP across all personnel involved in production processes \- Maintain up-to-date documentation systems (quality records) \- Conduct prerequisite training for new staff \- Execute the annual training schedule \- Responsible for issuing quality certificates \- Responsible for approving, releasing, and providing final verification (VB) of finished products \- Prepare reports on personnel non-compliance with GMP \- Report incidents occurring within the production line \- Verify order and cleanliness across all areas \- Approve receipt of raw materials, packaging, and other supplies from suppliers \- Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor or higher management **Benefits of joining our family:** \- Full payroll registration \- Benefits: Bonus payments, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), vacation days, profit-sharing, life insurance, and ESSALUD health coverage \- Corporate discounts on our brand \- Career growth opportunities based on performance ***"We maintain an inclusive hiring policy and expressly reject any discriminatory practices against job applicants; therefore, all individuals are encouraged to participate in the selection process."*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,700\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Questions: * Please indicate your district of residence and contact phone number. * We offer compensation of S/1,700 (base salary) \+ S/100 (mobility allowance).
