Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator to perform packaging, mixing, sealing, and labeling operations, inspect product quality visually, and report any deviations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Packaging, mixing, and labeling operations 2. Visual quality inspection of the product 3. Active participation in cleaning and disinfection **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education * Technical studies in basic production processes or food industries * Valid food handler’s health certificate issued in Lima or Callao * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), cleaning, and safety * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar processes * Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform packaging, mixing, sealing, labeling, and conditioning operations according to work instructions * Visually inspect product quality before, during, and after the process * Report any deviations, failures, or incidents detected in the process or equipment to the supervisor. Record basic operational data such as quantities produced, times, and line stoppages * Comply with hygiene, order, and safety standards in the assigned area * Actively participate in cleaning and disinfection of the workstation and equipment * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) according to plant protocols * Assist with loading or moving materials and supplies when required * Rotate among different workstations if requested by the supervisor * Contribute to achieving the production targets assigned to the shift or production line **WE OFFER:** * Fixed monthly salary * Work location: On-site, Surquillo * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM * Formal employment under the MYPE regime from day one Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
