A leading company in the metal-mechanical sector is currently seeking a
**Warehouse Supervisor**
Responsible for organizing, controlling, and supervising the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, tools, and products, ensuring appropriate inventory control and timely supply to various departments.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* Technical or university degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, or Senior Warehouse Assistant.
* Experience in inventory control, material receiving, and dispatching.
* Knowledge of Kardex systems, cyclic counts, and physical inventory taking.
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
* ERP systems, warehouse software, or inventory management tools knowledge is desirable.
* Experience in industrial, metal-mechanical, construction, furniture, or related sectors is desirable.
* Availability to work on-site in Santa Clara, Ate.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, supplies, tools, and products.
* Verify that received items match purchase orders, delivery notes, and supporting documentation.
* Maintain up-to-date records of warehouse receipts and dispatches.
* Monitor physical stock levels and continuously track inventory levels.
* Conduct periodic inventories, cyclic counts, and inventory reconciliations.
* Identify inventory discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
* Organize and properly label materials and products within the warehouse.
* Coordinate material supply to Production and other departments according to their requirements.
* Manage the issuance and return of tools assigned to staff.
* Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.
* Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Dispatch, and other departments to guarantee material availability.
* Prepare inventory reports, movement logs, shortages, surpluses, and slow-moving items reports.
* Supervise orderliness, cleanliness, and compliance with safety procedures within the warehouse.
* Propose improvements to optimize material control, location, and movement.

* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
