Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to install and configure cable TV, telephone, and internet services at residential locations, with full training provided from scratch for candidates with no prior experience. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive and fully paid training from scratch, even without prior experience. 2. Opportunity to specialize in telecommunications. 3. Ongoing technical training starting from day one. **What will you do?** Install and configure cable TV, telephone, and internet services at residential locations. If you have no experience or knowledge in this field, we will train you from scratch. Training is also paid. **Requirements:** * Valid driver's license * Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle. * Age between 18 and 45 years **Benefits:** * Enrollment in the **full payroll system**, including all legally mandated benefits. * Base salary of 1300 * Average production bonus of 1500 per month based on installations completed * 900 welcome bonus (300 for each of the first three months) * 300 monthly attendance bonus. * Company-provided mobile unit for commuting to and from home * **Ongoing technical training starting from day one**, plus opportunities to specialize in telecommunications. * Statutory life insurance and profit-sharing participation. **Working Hours:** Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (one rotating day off).
