We are currently seeking TALENT for the position of **Academic Tutor**. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Monitor students’ grades, identifying areas of greatest and least difficulty. * Conduct brief 10–15 minute individual sessions with students at the start of their activities. * Oversee class delivery, classroom discipline, and classroom materials. * Grade exams using the academy’s virtual platform. * Administer timed exams. * Print teaching materials for classroom use. * Maintain regular communication with parents, updating them on their children’s progress. * Serve as a liaison among students, administration, and teachers. **Requirements:** * University students in final semesters or graduates in Psychology, Education, Social Work, and/or Law (not mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and spreadsheets. * Must have prior experience as a classroom tutor in schools. **Benefits:** * Training through our Tutor School * Pleasant work environment **Salary: S/650** Schedule: Monday to Saturday (2:00 AM to 8:00 PM).
