We are currently seeking TALENT for the position of **Tutor**. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Monitor students’ grades, identifying areas of greatest and least difficulty. * Conduct brief 10- to 15-minute conversations with students at the start of their activities. * Oversee class delivery, classroom discipline, and teaching materials. * Grade exams using the academy’s virtual application. * Administer timed exams. * Print teaching materials for classroom use. * Maintain communication with parents, updating them on their children’s progress. * Serve as the liaison among students, administration, and teachers. **Requirements:** * University students in final semesters or graduates in Psychology, Education, Social Work, and/or Law (not mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Google Drive; and spreadsheets. * Must have prior experience as a classroom tutor in schools. **Benefits:** * Training at our Tutor School * Pleasant working environment **Salary: S/700** Schedule: Monday to Saturday (7:30 am to 2:00 pm).
