Manage electronic invoicing and account control **Accounting Assistant** IDEA 2 GROUP SAC is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team. **Requirements:** * Degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory). * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of Excel. * Immediate availability. * Organized, responsible, and punctual individual. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record purchases, sales, bank transactions, and provisions. * Analyze accounts and perform bank reconciliations. * Issue and control electronic invoices. * Manage petty cash, expense reports, and bank transfers. * Control accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Manage payments to suppliers. * Verify compliance with tax withholdings, deductions, and banking requirements before SUNAT. * Organize and archive physical and digital accounting documentation. **Working Conditions:** * Work location: Cercado de Lima. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Salary: Up to S/.1,800\.00 per month Experience: * Accounting: 1 year (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
