Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional to support documentation registration, review and control, report preparation, and assistance with monthly closings and audits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting documentation registration and review 2. Preparation of accounting and financial reports 3. Support in inspections, audits, and monthly closings An accounting professional is required to fill the position of Accounting Assistant: Main Responsibilities: 1\. Register and review documentation submitted to accounting. 2\. Monitor entries recorded in the system and generate progress reports on documentation. 3\. Review received documentation prior to its entry into accounting. 4\. Cross-check information and file documentation related to accounting entries, maintaining the order established by the department. 5\. Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. Specific Responsibilities: 1\. Prepare accounting and financial reports. 2\. Record purchase, sales, bank, and petty cash vouchers, as well as pending reimbursements. 3\. Reconcile balances and review entered information to identify any discrepancies (if applicable). 4\. Provide support during inspections and/or audits as required. 5\. Assist with monthly closings for determination of financial statements (FS). 6\. Other duties related to this position.
