Excellent work environment **Join our team as an Accounting Assistant!** **Administrative Department – OB Technologies (Miraflores)** At OB Technologies, we are looking for an **Accounting Assistant** to join our team and provide support in the company’s accounting and financial processes. **What We Offer:** * Competitive compensation based on experience * Opportunities for professional development * Continuous training and learning in the accounting–finance area * Excellent work environment **Required Profile:** * Technician, technologist, or university student in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields * Basic or intermediate knowledge of general accounting * Familiarity with current accounting and tax regulations is desirable * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * 6 months to 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative functions (desirable) * High level of responsibility, ethics, and attention to detail * Organizational skills, initiative, and teamwork abilities **Main Responsibilities:** * Record and organize accounting transactions * Support monthly accounting closings * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable * Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain accounting ledgers * Prepare and verify accounting vouchers * Sort and archive department documentation * Support internal and external audit processes * Provide administrative support to the finance department **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:20 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. **Work Location:** Administrative office – Schell Street 698, Miraflores Reference: One block from the Benavides Metro station Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.1,130\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
