A leading company in environmental sanitation and pest control is seeking 01 ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR. **REQUIREMENTS:** \-Minimum 1 year of experience in roles such as: Administrator, Administrative Coordinator, Administrative Manager, or similar. \-Graduate of a technical or university program; Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Finance. \-Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory). \-Immediate availability *(\_mandatory*).\_ \-Team management and leadership. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Plan, organize, and supervise the company’s administrative processes. Control and management of petty cash. Process payroll, supplier, and other payments via telecredit. Prepare financial reports. Ensure adherence to assigned budgets during service execution. Issue service invoices to clients according to schedule. Identify opportunities to improve departmental efficiency and productivity. Review accounting records prior to submission to the external accountant for tax filing. Control and authorize disbursements, reimbursements, and operational expenses. Define, develop, and monitor departmental performance indicators to evaluate performance and propose improvements. Supervise the performance of subordinates and verify compliance with assigned duties.
