We are currently seeking a professional for the **General Administrator** position. **Essential Requirements:** * Graduate of a technical or university program in Accounting or Business Administration. * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in this role. * Experience managing personnel. * Advanced proficiency in Accounting Management (taxes, PDTS, payroll, settlements, etc.). * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. \- 6:30 p.m. (1-hour break). * Immediate availability. * **Age: 35 years or older (mandatory)** * Residence in areas adjacent to Santiago de Surco (mandatory) **Job Responsibilities:** * Accounting Management (recordkeeping, reconciliations, tax settlements, budgets, financial statements, balance sheets, etc.) * Management and supervision of the Logistics department. * Management and supervision of the HR department. * Management and supervision of the Billing, Credit, and Collections department. * Management and supervision of other company departments. * Procurement and expense management. * Activity planning and scheduling. * Process and document management. * Financial responsibility and oversight of all related matters. * Full administrative responsibility for the company. * Other related duties. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration in accordance with applicable law. * A suitable work environment. * You will join a high-performance team with a high degree of specialization. * You will have professional challenges. * You will be part of an industry-leading organization. * Timely payments.
