




Job Summary: Consolidate and update corporate quality information, validate data consistency, coordinate team meetings, and provide administrative follow-up on action plans. Key Highlights: 1. Use of advanced tools for analysis and reporting Consolidate and update corporate quality information, including indicators submitted by country leaders, KPIs by country/process/period, dashboards, trackers, and quality follow-up databases. Update and track information related to complaints, observed product, complained product, cost of poor quality, action plans, resin homologations, alternative materials, and associated tests. Validate the consistency, completeness, and traceability of received information, identifying missing, duplicate, or inconsistent data prior to consolidation. Coordinate meetings of the Corporate Quality Management team, preparing invitations, agendas, discussion notes, minutes, records of agreements, and commitment matrices. Provide administrative follow-up on action plans arising from complaints, audits, deviations, technical committees, or corporate requests, alerting on upcoming deadlines, delays, or non-compliance. Prepare executive reports, presentations, and progress summaries; manage document repositories, evidence, reports, minutes, and supporting files; coordinate requests with Finance, Legal, GDH, Procurement, IT, or other departments; and provide administrative support to the Corporate Quality Management Manager and the corporate team. Requirements University degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Business Engineering, International Business, or related fields. 2\-3 years of experience in administrative support, management control, project tracking, document management, quality, operations, or corporate functions. Desirable experience in industrial companies, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or B2B service providers. Advanced Excel skills; intermediate-level PowerPoint for executive reporting; and intermediate-level Power BI as both user and information updater. Knowledge of indicator management, management reporting, document management, evidence control, executive writing, minute preparation, agreement tracking, quality, complaints, audits, or management systems. Basic SAP proficiency for information queries, basic/intermediate English, MS Office, and MS Teams. Desired knowledge of Salesforce or complaint platforms, Power Apps, SQL, or digital tracking tools.
