Key responsibilities: * Issue quotations to customers and follow up, providing status reports. * Monitor the performance of the operations area according to received requests. * Manage communication with suppliers to ensure timely product supply. Requirements: * **Experience:** Customer service experience preferred. * **Education:** Final-year student or recent graduate in **Administration, Management, or Industrial Engineering**. * Strong communication skills, results-oriented mindset, and proactivity. * Basic proficiency in digital tools.
