Supervise daily operations of the dining area, bar, and cash register. Oversee production operations (seafood and sauces). Coordinate staff schedules, performance, and discipline. Perform basic inventory control and verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Customer service and resolution of incidents. **Requirements** Three years of experience in similar positions (restaurants or bars). Intermediate English proficiency. Leadership, effective communication, and ability to work under pressure.
