Job Summary: Withmory Group, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking an Accounting Analyst to analyze and execute accounting closings, participate in financial statement preparation, and support audits. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **ACCOUNTING ANALYST** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the role. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM at Nicolas Arriola 2216 – San Luis, plus one Saturday per month depending on month-end closing. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze and reconcile accounting accounts, performing necessary adjustments and reclassifications. * Execute monthly and annual accounting closings. * Participate in the preparation and analysis of financial statements. * Perform reconciliations and validate correct accounting treatment of transactions. * Prepare information and documentation for internal and external audits. * Analyze costs and expenses, identifying variances and opportunities for improvement. * Support preparation of tax-related information and SUNAT requirements. * Propose improvements to accounting processes and controls. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits (biannual bonuses, Compensatory Time Off, vacation, family allowance, Es Salud, mandatory life insurance) * 100% EPS coverage for the employee. * Birthday leave. * Monthly and timely salary payments. * Career development path. * Pleasant work environment.
