Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in **Architecture**. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in architectural project development and construction supervision. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D modeling tools**. * Experience in **detail drawings, coordination with specialists, and construction monitoring**. * Knowledge of **municipal regulations and construction processes**. * Availability for **site visits and on-site coordination**. Responsibilities * Development and updating of **architectural drawings and construction details**. * Support in the **design and development of the residential project**. * **Construction supervision and monitoring** * Coordination with **engineers, suppliers, and design team**. * Progress control and support in **technical project management**.
