Job Summary: A leading financial services company is seeking a Retail Project Assistant to support the preparation of drawings, 3D modeling, and coordination of architectural projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings and project presentations 2. Perform 3D modeling and rendering under supervision 3. On behalf of our client, a prominent financial services company, we are currently seeking: **1) Retail Project Assistant** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Architecture. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in retail projects. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max (Corona Render and/or V-Ray), and Photoshop. * Proven experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and preparation of architectural drawings. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing architectural drawings and presentations for retail projects. * Perform 3D modeling and rendering under the supervision of the project architect. * Collaborate in developing architectural proposals and revisions per team instructions. * Coordinate with other departments and project personnel to ensure timely delivery and adherence to standards. * Archive and organize project documentation. **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration through the consulting firm. * Salary of S/ 2500 (gross amount) * 100% on-site work in San Borja * Willingness to travel medium- to long-term, as required by the project. * Personal laptop with design software installed. * Availability to work Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience with AutoCAD, 3ds Max (Corona Render and/or V-Ray), and Photoshop?
