Focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence **Join our team as an After-Sales Architect** We are currently recruiting, on behalf of our client, a qualified **AFTER-SALES ARCHITECT** to take on the challenge of leading after-sales and warranty management for our projects. We seek a professional who ensures agile and high-quality service, delivers timely solutions, and contributes to building a positive and lasting customer experience. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or licensed professional in **Architecture**. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in after-sales, construction, and/or retail. (MANDATORY). * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Willingness to undertake **nationwide travel**. (MANDATORY). **Purpose of the Position:** To efficiently manage after-sales and warranty requests, ensuring their proper execution, follow-up, and closure.
