Below are the details: **Who Are We Looking For?** * Technical or university student (incomplete, completed, or currently enrolled) * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, such as teleoperator for products, intangible services, or related fields * Basic Excel proficiency * CRM experience preferred * Availability to work in San Isidro * Teamwork, ability to work under pressure, results-oriented mindset, and adaptability to change **What Would Your Responsibilities Be?** * Thoroughly master detailed information about the assigned program: sales arguments, differential benefits, program structure, financing options, competitors, etc. * Manage assigned prospect databases * Provide comprehensive information on various programs to prospects, generating interest from provided databases * Accurately and promptly record and categorize all daily activities in the CRM * In specific cases, support the admissions process for Master’s applicants * Assist in prospect registration and advisory during conferences and/or informational talks, events, and other Graduate School activities * Report progress and/or sales achievements to the Sales Manager * Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Department **What Would Your Working Hours Be?** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm (100% on-site) **Why Join UTP?** * All statutory benefits * Market-competitive salary * Ongoing training * Career path and professional development * Corporate discounts and agreements as a member of Intercorp "UTP is an inclusive, non-discriminatory university that respects the diversity and authenticity of each employee."
