Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Assistant for a retail company to safeguard employee well-being by managing benefits, subsidies, and support programs to ensure an excellent work environment. Opportunity for professional growth We are a retail company with over 20 years of experience, continuing to grow and looking to welcome a Social Assistant to our team. Our office is located at Av. Arboleda 115\-Ate\-Urb. Santa Raquel. Objective: To safeguard the well-being of our employees by managing social benefits, subsidies, and support programs that contribute to an excellent work environment. Main Responsibilities: * Management of EsSalud subsidies (medical leaves, maternity leave, breastfeeding leave) * Follow-up on social cases and staff counseling * Administration of medical leaves * Coordination of health and wellness campaigns * Management of insurance (Life Insurance Law, SCTR, EPS) * Preparation of social reports and reports, and other activities within the department Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Social Work * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles * Knowledge of labor legislation and subsidies * Intermediate Excel skills We Offer: Payroll from day one Excellent work environment Career path Opportunity for professional growth Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
