Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Commercial Assistant with interest in commercial and marketing areas to join our team. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a proactive, organized Commercial Assistant with interest in commercial and marketing areas, who wishes to grow professionally and become part of our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare quotations and follow up on commercial proposals. * Provide customer service and support via phone calls, email, and WhatsApp. * Coordinate order, delivery, and commercial documentation follow-up. * Maintain updated customer and commercial opportunity databases. * Prepare commercial reports and performance indicators. * Assist in coordinating meetings and commercial visits. * Participate in creating social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). * Take photographs and record videos of products, services, events, trade fairs, and mining congresses. * Assist in preparing and updating technical datasheets, brochures, commercial presentations, and advertising materials. * Coordinate with design, printing, and marketing suppliers when necessary. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Position Profile** * Graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications Sciences, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial and/or marketing roles. * Knowledge of digital marketing, social media content creation, photography, video recording, and commercial material preparation (technical datasheets, presentations, etc.). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Availability to attend trade fairs, congresses, and mining-sector events as required. * Prior experience in industrial or mining-sector companies is desirable. **Working Hours:** * Mon–Fri: 8am–5:30pm \| Sat: 8am–12:30pm **We Offer:** * Formal employment under the MYPE regime starting from the third month. * Statutory social benefits. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Round-trip transportation from strategic locations.
