WAREHOUSE AND INVENTORY ASSISTANT – FOOD INDUSTRY We are looking for a committed, organized, and responsible Warehouse and Inventory Assistant to join our team in the food and bakery industry. Requirements * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Technical studies in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Food Industry preferred. * Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience, preferably in food or retail companies. * Knowledge of storage and inventory control. * Training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food hygiene standards is desirable. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Responsibilities * Receive and inspect raw materials, supplies, packaging, and containers. * Record incoming and outgoing goods. * Monitor stock levels and ensure proper product rotation (FIFO/FEFO). * Prepare orders and support finished goods warehouse operations. * Timely supply of production area requirements. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards. * Support inventory counts and internal controls. Working Conditions * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * Work modality: On-site. * Salary: S/ 1,400 to S/ 2,000 (based on experience and evaluation). * Formal employment under the MYPE regime.
