Job Summary: Grupo Star is seeking a Logistics Assistant to manage purchase orders, coordinate services with suppliers, identify new suppliers, and track payments. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of purchase and service orders. 2. Coordination and sourcing of strategic suppliers. 3. Purchase tracking and support in financial management. **Grupo Star**, a recognized company operating the **Movietime and Cinestar cinema chains**, is looking for top-tier professionals to fill the position of **Logistics Assistant**, with the following profile: **Requirements**: * Graduates in Business Administration, International Business, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. **Responsibilities**: * Generation of purchase and service orders. * Issuing, collecting, and organizing procurement-related documentation for projects. * Coordinating pickup of spare parts, components, or other items with respective transportation providers and third-party service providers. * Tracking quotation requests with suppliers. * Receiving and archiving supplier quotation requests. * Tendering. * Identifying and selecting new suppliers offering improved service quality for procurement needs. * Weekly purchase projection reporting. * Collaborating with Finance to monitor supplier payments. * Coordinating equipment repairs. * Maintaining an updated registry serving as a knowledge base for future procurement analysis. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **Working Conditions**: * Work location: San Isidro * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (in-person); Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (remote) * Salary: 1,500 soles + 300 soles (bonus) * MYPE payroll registration * Professional growth Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month Application question(s): * In which district do you currently reside? * Briefly describe your experience in the position applied for. * At what level do you master Excel? * Please provide your telephone number so we may contact you.
