This is your opportunity to join a continuously growing company and contribute your talent to high-impact projects. **Position:** Digital Marketing and Meta Ads Assistant **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). * Manage advertising budgets and analyze performance metrics. * Design graphic assets for digital campaigns and corporate content. * Develop conversion-oriented creatives and lead-generation materials. * Propose innovative strategies to strengthen the brand’s digital presence. * Monitor digital marketing trends and opportunities. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns. * Experience in the real estate industry. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop** and **Adobe Illustrator**. * Knowledge of audience segmentation, remarketing, conversion funnels, and metric analysis. * Creativity, initiative, and results orientation. * Ability to work collaboratively and propose new ideas.
