Coordination of onboarding procedures and occupational medical examinations At **Alyabe S.R.L.**, a company dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and assembly of metal structures for mining, we are seeking a **Human Resources Assistant** to provide support in our **Human Resources department**, primarily in **recruitment and selection** processes. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide support in recruitment processes: job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination. * Maintain up-to-date personnel files and HR databases. * Coordinate occupational medical examinations and new employee onboarding procedures. * Generate SCTR documentation. * Develop job descriptions. * Perform administrative tasks related to the department. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical diploma or university student in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative or HR functions (payroll and recruitment experience preferred). * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. * Must reside in districts adjacent to Huachipa. **CONDITIONS** * Work modality: On-site in Huachipa. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:40 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Application question(s): * District of residence * Indicate salary expectation Work location: On-site employment
