Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional to manage personnel administration, support HR processes, prepare employment documentation, and assist with employee well-being.

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files.
* Support recruitment and selection processes.
* Coordinate the collection and validation of documents for onboarding new employees.
* Prepare employment contracts, amendments, memoranda, certificates, and other employment-related documentation.
* Monitor contract expirations, renewals, and probationary periods.
* Support attendance tracking, vacation scheduling, medical leaves, other types of leave, and related personnel incidents.
* Maintain an updated employee database and corresponding documentation.
* Provide support for training, onboarding, and occupational well-being initiatives.
* Prepare management reports and performance indicators for the department.
* Coordinate with various departments to fulfill HR-related requirements.
* Other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or university graduate in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions.
* Knowledge of personnel administration and basic labor legislation.
* Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Prior experience in recruitment and selection processes is desirable.
* Must reside in Moquegua or be available to work on-site.

* **Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.**
Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,100.00 per month
