The ideal candidate must possess technical skills, creativity, and the ability to work under professional production standards. Salary: S/1200 to S/1300 Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM Work Location: Barranco **Responsibilities** * Monitor results and propose improvements to the communication strategy. * Record and support end-to-end production of podcasts and audiovisual content in various formats. * Edit videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube). * Color correction, audio enhancement, post-production, script development, content proposals, and internal audiovisual archive organization. * Coordinate with different departments to produce relevant materials. * Monitor results and propose improvements. **Requirements** * Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or related fields. * Personal camera and tripod. * Proven experience in audiovisual editing and production. * Proficiency in tools such as Premiere, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, among others. * Knowledge of lighting, photography, and microphone techniques. * Updated portfolio (mandatory). * Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to established guidelines. **Conditions** * Opportunities for professional growth in digital marketing. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
