




Law firm with an office in Santiago de Surco is seeking an Administrative Assistant, graduated in Administration or related fields. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Administration or related fields. * Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Experience in banking procedures and dealings with public entities is desirable. * High level of responsibility, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. * Ability to coordinate tasks and report progress clearly and promptly. * Immediate availability. **FUNCTIONS:** * Assist in filing, organizing, and digitizing administrative and legal documents. * Maintain constant coordination for tracking payments, emails, and administrative matters. * Provide support in billing, payment processing, and document control. * Monitor work-related WhatsApp groups (during working hours) and promptly report relevant issues. * Manage a calendar: schedule meetings, remind of urgent pending items, and alert about important or time-sensitive emails. * Notify the start of each assigned task and immediately communicate any issues that arise. * Perform other related or complementary duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION:** Monday to Friday, **8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** Santiago de Surco (preference for candidates residing nearby). **OFFERED:** Compensation based on evaluation.
