Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant for sanitation projects, responsible for recording, provisioning, and analyzing invoices, expenses, and other banking transactions while maintaining properly archived documentation. At CONSORCIO ESPERANZA, we are currently seeking an **Accounting Assistant** to join our team on sanitation projects. Requirements: * Technical and/or university graduate in Accounting or Administration, or final-year student. * One (1) year of experience in construction companies. * Knowledge of ERP S10 (preferred but not mandatory). * Knowledge of taxation, RCP, IGV, withholding taxes, IGV withholdings, fourth-category income tax, imports, and related topics. * Intermediate-level Office skills. Main Responsibilities: * Daily recording, provisioning, analysis, sorting, and reporting of the following: * Provisioning and recording of supplier invoices. * Provisioning and recording of expenses and/or other banking income. * Provisioning of petty cash disbursements and reconciliations. * Provisioning of disbursements and reconciliations for advances to be settled. * Responsibility for maintaining documents properly archived and organized. * Issuing and recording IGV withholding certificates. * Recording and processing withholding payments. * Reviewing, via SUNAT, and provisioning honorarium receipts. * Other duties delegated by the direct supervisor.
