Prior experience is not required—only willingness to learn and commitment to the job. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Preferably residing in areas near Ventanilla (Parque Porcino) * Responsibility, punctuality, and positive attitude * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions **Responsibilities:** * Support in welding and metal structure tasks * Preparation of materials and tools * Cleaning and organizing the work area * Assistance to the lead welder in technical tasks * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor **Benefits:** * Training in the field * Biweekly, monthly, and timely payments * Career path opportunity * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
