Position Summary:
We are seeking a Nursing professional to manage Occupational Health programs, conduct medical follow-ups, and collaborate on audits, providing essential support to the health team.

We require the services of a Nursing professional meeting the following profile:
Mandatory Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or graduate in Nursing.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Occupational Health.
* Registered with the relevant Professional Association and hold a valid license to practice.
* Postgraduate diploma in Occupational Health.
* Immediate availability.
Desirable Requirements:
* Courses in emergencies: BLS \- PHTLS.
Work Location: San Isidro
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break).
* Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Employment Type: Temporary replacement due to pregnancy leave of one of our professionals.
Main Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and monitoring occupational medical examinations (EMOS).
* Storing Certificates of Occupational Medical Fitness (CAMOS).
* Creating and archiving EMOS delivery records.
* Tracking EMOS observations in SharePoint.
* Updating records on the OneDrive platform.
* Requesting and tracking EMOS sheets from provider clinics.
* Storing and updating confidential Occupational Health documentation.
* Tracking, storing, and recording medical leaves for 2025\.
* Monitoring workers with respiratory symptoms, distributing masks, and tracking confirmed cases of COVID\-19\.
* Conducting active breaks (in-person and virtual).
* Inspecting MIRACORP office first-aid kits.
* Monitoring blood pressure for identified personnel.
* Preparing monthly bulletins with relevant health information.
* Preparing monthly activity reports.
* Monitoring compliance with Occupational Health programs.
* Training emergency response teams.
* Preparing and presenting monthly activity reports.
* Supporting the occupational physician during internal and external audits.
* Participating in external audits with clients.
