Innovation in new dishes and desserts. **LA JARDINERÍA CAFÉ**, a cafeteria located in Comas, is seeking to hire top female talent with experience and expertise in **Pastry and Cooking**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven experience in pastry or related fields, minimum 6 months. * Basic experience in baking and pastry. * Creativity and attention to detail. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Residency in the district of Comas, Carabayllo, or nearby areas. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (one day off per week). * Strong attitude, proactive, committed, and able to work well in a team. * Age between 20 and 35 years. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation of desserts and pastry products. * Creativity, decoration, and presentation. * Preparation of existing menu items. * Innovation in new dishes and desserts. * Execution of kitchen palletizing. * Maintaining impeccable cleanliness in the work area. * Proper inventory control of supplies in the assigned area. * Other duties as assigned during the interview. **BENEFITS:** * Competitive market-based salary. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth.
