Position Summary: We are seeking Pastry Assistants to support the preparation, handling, and dispatch of products, ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in order dispatch and incident management We are a Production Center dedicated to manufacturing Bakery and Pastry Products, located in the Villa El Salvador Industrial Park. We are looking for: PAstry ASSISTANTS For our Production and Packaging Lines. Position Objective Provide support in the preparation, handling, and dispatch of bakery and pastry products, ensuring compliance with established quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Main Responsibilities \* Assist in preparation following established recipes and procedures. \* Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to food hygiene and safety protocols. \* Collaborate with the team in order dispatch. \* Monitor and report incidents related to raw materials or equipment. \* Follow instructions from the shift supervisor. \* Perform product labeling, assist with inventory tasks, and complete required forms. Requirements \* Completed secondary education. \* Studies or courses in pastry-making or related fields. \* Prior experience in pastry-making (not mandatory). \* Health certificate for food handling. \* Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week.
