REQUIREMENTS: Education/training in bakery/pastry or related fields. Knowledge and interest in French bakery/pastry (especially puff pastry for viennoiserie). Minimum 1 year of experience. **** Availability to work in the MIRAFLORES district. Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with rotating weekly days off. Early-morning shift starts at 10:00 pm. Being organized, rigorous, and demanding regarding one’s work. RESPONSIBILITIES: Learning and preparation of classic French bakery/pastry. Preparation of standardized recipes (reading and executing recipes). Mise en place and assistance in final assembly. Cleaning and maintenance of the workspace. WE OFFER: MYPE payroll registration.
