REQUIREMENTS: ⁠ ⁠Education/training in bakery/pastry or related fields. ⁠ ⁠Knowledge and interest in French bakery/pastry (especially puff pastry for viennoiserie). ⁠ ⁠Minimum 1 year of experience. **⁠** ⁠Availability to work in the MIRAFLORES district. ⁠ ⁠Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with rotating weekly days off. Early-morning shift starts at 10:00 pm. ⁠ ⁠Being organized, rigorous, and demanding regarding one’s work.
