If you enjoy preparing high-quality beverages, working in a dynamic environment, and delivering an excellent customer experience, this opportunity is for you. **Locations:** Cercado de Lima **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a barista in cafés or restaurants. * Knowledge of **espresso coffee and coffee-based beverage preparation.** * Ability to **calibrate grinders and espresso machines** to ensure extraction quality. * Proficiency in basic latte art techniques (mandatory). * Strong customer service skills, effective communication, and service efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare coffee-based beverages following the café’s quality standards. * Provide direct customer service at the counter, focusing on experience and service. * Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation. * Monitor basic bar supplies and assist with restocking when necessary. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/. 1,400 * Formal employment registration from day one. * Professional and organized work environment. * 30% discount on menu items. * Tips and sales commissions for coffee. * Scholarships for bartender and barista training programs offered by Shaker Bartender School and Escuela Peruana del Café. **Schedule:** * Afternoon shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. * 8 hours per day, with 1 day off per week.
