We are Grupo La Muralla, a restaurant with over 20 years of experience. We are currently seeking a committed individual with a desire for professional growth to fill the position of: **Bartender at La Muralla Restaurant.** **What Are We Looking For?** * Minimum 2 years of experience working behind the bar. * Knowledge of mixology, non-alcoholic beverages, and barista skills. * Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Availability to work Monday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with one rotating day off. * Availability to work in Lima City Center. **What Challenges Await You?** * Check inventory levels and restock the bar. * Select and clean tableware, glassware, equipment, and tools. * Receive customers, provide advice, and take orders. * Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, coffees, and infusions. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with hygiene, quality, and safety standards for food and utensil handling.
