Peruvian company in the metal-mechanical sector for industry and mining is seeking a **Cadist**, who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical graduate in mechanical or civil engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in TEKLA Structure and AutoCAD (mandatory). * Knowledge of SAP 2000 and Inventor (desirable). * Must reside in areas adjacent to Ate. **Employment Conditions:** * Salary commensurate with the market. * MYPE payroll (50% of benefits). * Availability to work in the district of **Ate** from **Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** **Responsibilities:** * **Develop structural models in TEKLA**, ensuring technical consistency and constructability. * Perform **structural calculations** according to project requirements and current technical regulations. * **Model new projects**, developing accurate technical drawings and models for proper execution. * Carry out **material take-offs**, ensuring accuracy in quantities and optimization of resources. * Prepare construction budgets, considering material costs, labor, and execution timelines. * Prepare and monitor **work schedules**, tracking progress and adherence to established deadlines. * **Supervise workshop personnel**, coordinating tasks, verifying compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
