On behalf of our client, we are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and proactive Cook focused on ensuring the proper preparation of cafeteria products in the San Isidro district. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare mise en place to ensure an efficient workflow. * Prepare and plate menu items, ensuring quality, order, and presentation in every preparation. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and disinfection of the kitchen area in compliance with hygiene standards. * Manage inventory, control supplies, and assist in order management. * Collaborate with other departments during peak demand periods (rush). **Requirements:** * Studies in Gastronomy or Culinary Arts (preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook or in related positions. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and focus during production periods. **Working Conditions:** * Salary: S/.1,600\. * Schedule: Afternoon shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
