Excellent working environment at a leading company with extensive experience CALL CENTER ADVISOR – SPECIALIZED CLINIC \* **San Isidro \| Afternoon Shift** We are a leading company with over **23 years of experience**, and we are currently seeking **03 Call Center Advisors** to join our team. \*\*\*\* **WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Provide telephone patient care and guidance. * Schedule appointments and conduct follow-ups. * Maintain clear, empathetic, and effective communication. \*\*\*\* **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum **6 months of Call Center experience** (healthcare sector preferred). * Completed secondary education. * Strong verbal communication skills and fluency. * Active listening ability and patient orientation. * Basic user-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Availability to work **Monday through Saturday, from 2:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.** * Availability to work in **San Isidro** (near the "La Cultura" train station). \*\*\*\* **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Fixed salary of **S/ 1,400** * **Bonuses and commissions** * Enrollment in **MYPE payroll system** * **Life insurance** * Job stability * Excellent working environment \*\*\* **Important:** Apply only if you agree with the schedule, in-person modality, and workplace location.
