Job Summary: We are seeking production operators to support dough mixing, cutting, honey preparation, decoration, and packaging of nougats and panettone. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently recruiting production operators: **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3 months of experience in similar positions, preferably within food industry, bakery, or pastry companies. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; overtime and extended hours required. * Willingness to relocate near ATE. **Benefits** * Formal payroll registration. * Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. * Paid training programs. * Free breakfast. * Affordable lunch. * Weekly salary advances. **Responsibilities** * Assist in dough mixing, dough cutting, honey preparation, and mold preparation. * Help dip cookies in honey, decorate, and assemble nougats. * Support input loading and inventory control. * Perform bagging, labeling, and boxing of nougats and panettone.
