Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to carry out cleaning, basic maintenance, and general services activities at an educational institution, ensuring a clean and safe environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas and operational spaces. 2. Perform masonry, painting, carpentry, and gardening tasks. 3. Assist with the relocation and movement of furniture as needed. A prominent institution in the Education sector is currently seeking personnel to perform cleaning, basic maintenance, and general services tasks both inside and outside the educational center’s facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and fully operational environment. **Job Objective** Ensure the proper functioning, order, cleanliness, and maintenance of the facilities within the educational center. **Responsibilities** Maintain cleanliness and order in the school’s common areas, signage, and operational spaces. Carry out general services tasks such as masonry, painting, carpentry, and gardening. Install basic office equipment and furniture, including desks, blinds, chairs, etc. Assist with the relocation and movement of furniture within the school according to operational needs. Comply with established operational procedures, safety regulations, and internal controls. Use assigned equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly. Report any incidents, malfunctions, or maintenance requirements to the area supervisor. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** Completed secondary education. Minimum one year of experience in general services, maintenance, and industrial cleaning in similar positions. Age: 22 to 50 years Punctuality, responsibility, and reliability Integrity and professional ethics Commitment to safety, quality, and workplace order Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Saturdays on rotating shifts: 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
