Emphasis on hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety M\&L Grupo Empresarial S.A.C. is hiring an operator who is responsible, organized, and committed to preparing meals and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen, dining, and office areas, ensuring efficient and high-quality service at M\&L GRUPO EMPRESARIAL S.A.C.'s offices located at *Pje. Hipólito Unanue 184 \- Breña*. Schedule: * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Rest days:** Sundays and public holidays. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience (preferred). * Valid DNI ***(mandatory)***. * Availability to work in Breña. * No police, judicial, or criminal records. * Responsibility and punctuality. Responsibilities: * Prepare lunches according to schedule. * Wash utensils, tableware, and equipment used during food preparation. * Monitor proper storage of supplies and cleaning products. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety standards. * Maintain cleanliness, disinfection, and order in the kitchen, dining area, and assigned areas at all times. * Collect, sort, and dispose of waste in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations. * Use designated cleaning products and equipment appropriately.
