Currently, we are looking to add a Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to our team who will actively contribute to maintaining our offices in optimal condition, ensuring clean, organized, and pleasant spaces for all staff. We offer job stability, a positive work environment, and the opportunity to join a growing organization. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform general and detailed cleaning of all areas, workspaces, and common areas. * Maintain and replenish cleaning and cafeteria supplies for both staff and clients. * Assist in moving office furniture and/or transferring items between locations for storage. * Report shortages of supplies or any incidents (damages, malfunctions, etc.) for timely repair or replacement. * Assist with basic repairs and/or auxiliary tasks related to office maintenance, including garden care and maintenance. * Comply with basic safety and order regulations. * Other duties related to this position. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in office, residential, or similar space cleaning. * Basic knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and equipment. * Responsibility, punctuality, and organizational skills. * Preferred: Residence in areas near Jesús María. **We Offer:** * Inclusion in the MYPE payroll from day one, with all statutory benefits. * LIFE INSURANCE LAW. * Join a team where CLEANING, ORDER, and MAINTENANCE are fundamental to operational success, and your role will be HIGHLY VALUED. * Growth opportunities. **Working Conditions** * Location: Jesús María * Work Mode: On-site * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. **Requirements** * Education * Secondary Education **Skills** * Punctuality * Initiative * Cleaning * Organization * General cleaning **Preferred Qualifications** * Professional experience * 1 year **Workplace:** On-site employment Salary: S/.1,400.00 – S/.1,450.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
